Personal Data Processing Consent

1. Giving consent

By registering, signing in to an account, submitting forms or continuing to use the YouMake website, the user freely, voluntarily and in their own interest consents to the YouMake Service Administration processing personal data under this Consent and the Privacy Policy.

2. Data covered

• email, username and other information independently provided by the user to the Service;
• authorization data and account information;
• technical device and browser data, IP address, cookies and server log data;
• website activity data and Yandex.Metrika analytics events;
• uploaded files and conversion operation parameters and data, including conversion type, status, process identifiers and result identifiers;
• user content and files where the user publishes or uploads them to the Service.

3. Purposes

Data is processed for user registration and authorization, providing Service functionality, uploading files, performing selected conversion operations and delivering results, ensuring security, maintaining user sessions, improving the website, analyzing visits, handling requests, sending service notifications and complying with the laws of the Russian Federation.

The user understands that files submitted for conversion and operation results may be stored temporarily on the Service infrastructure for up to one hour to perform the operation, enable result downloads, diagnose errors and prevent abuse.

4. Processing operations

Consent is given for the following operations: collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, clarification, updating, alteration, retrieval, use, transfer in cases prescribed by law or where necessary for Service operation, anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data. Processing may be performed with or without automated means.

5. Duration and withdrawal

Consent takes effect when given and remains valid until the processing purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, unless the laws of the Russian Federation provide otherwise. The user may withdraw consent by sending a request to oasocz@gmail.com. After receiving the withdrawal, the Controller stops processing the data except where further processing is permitted or required by law.
