1. General

These Terms govern the relationship between the YouMake website administration (the “Administration”) and users of the YouMake website available at https://youmake.online (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Processing Consent.

2. Purpose of the Service

YouMake is an online service for converting PDFs, documents and images, merging PDFs and managing file protection. Features may change, expand or be limited as the product develops.

3. User account

To access certain features, a user may use an account. The user must provide accurate data, keep the password confidential and not grant third parties access to the account.

The Administration may restrict access to an account if these Terms are violated, unauthorized access is attempted, functionality is abused or the law so requires.

4. Acceptable use

The user agrees not to publish illegal, harmful, misleading or third-party-rights-infringing content; interfere with the Service; bypass technical restrictions; or use the Service for attacks, spam, automated data collection or other bad-faith activities.

5. Intellectual property and user content

Rights to the Service interface, design, source code, trademarks and other elements belong to the Administration or are used lawfully. The user retains rights to materials and files that they independently publish or upload to the Service and grants the Administration the right to process those materials to the extent required to operate the Service and perform these Terms.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. The Administration endeavors to maintain the availability and correct operation of the Service but does not guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions, incompatibility with particular devices or loss of access for reasons beyond the Administration's control.

7. Changes

The Administration may update these Terms. A new version applies when published unless it states otherwise.
